MR4 Nucode: Graveyard Control Link Plays!
So, I had a particularly shitheaded idea the other day, and it refused to go away. So, here's my latest, greatest bad thing.
Nucode Decimal
EARTH - Level 1 - Cyberse/Effect - 0/300
If your opponent controls a monster Summoned from the Extra Deck, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Nucode" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. You cannot Link Summon during the turn you activate this effect, except to Link Summon a "Nucode" monster.
Nucode Digi
EARTH - Level 2 - Cyberse/Effect - 800/500
If you Normal or Special Summon a "Nucode" monster, except "Nucode Digi": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned: You can send a number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, up to the number of Link monsters on the field, and if you do; you can add 1 "Nucode" monster from your Deck to your hand whose Level is exactly equal to the number of cards sent to the Graveyard this way. You can only activate this effect of "Nucode Digi" once per turn.
Nucode Hexa
EARTH - Level 3 - Cyberse/Effect - 1400/700
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned while you control a Cyberse Link monster, you can target up to 1 each of a face-up and Set Spell/Trap Card on the field: Destroy it. If your opponent has more cards in their Graveyard than you do while this card is in your Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard, then send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. You can only activate this effect of "Nucode Hexa" once per turn.
Nucode Binary
EARTH - Level 4 - Cyberse/Effect - 1800/900
If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower "Nucode" monster from your Graveyard in Defense Position. You can only activate this effect of "Nucode Binary" once per turn. If your opponent activates the effect of a monster Summoned from the Extra Deck while this card is in your Graveyard, you can discard 1 card: Special Summon this card from your Graveyard, negate that effect, then both players draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect of "Nucode Binary" once per turn.
Nucode Cipher
EARTH - Level 5 - Cyberse/Effect - 2000/1100
If you control a "Nucode" Link monster (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is used as Material for the Link Summon of a "Nucode" Link monster: You can Special Summon 1 "Nucode" monster from your Deck whose Level is exactly equal to the Link Rating of that monster. If this card is in the Graveyard, you can banish 1 other "Nucode" monster from your Graveyard: Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. You can only activate one effect of "Nucode Cipher" per turn, and only once that turn.
Nucode Rebarrier
EARTH - Link-1 - Cyberse/Link/Effect - 300 - BL
1 "Nucode" monster with a Level
If a "Nucode" monster is Summoned to a Zone this card points to: You can allow your opponent to draw 1 card; regardless, if your opponent has more cards in their hand than you do, send cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the difference. You can Tribute 1 "Nucode" monster you control: Destroy all cards your opponent controls in the same column as the Tributed monster. You can only activate each of the above effects of "Nucode Rebarrier" once per turn. If your opponent has more cards in their Graveyard than you do, all "Nucode" monsters you control gain ATK equal to the difference x100.
Nucode Parsecurity
EARTH - Link-2 - Cyberse/Link/Effect - 1200 - BL/R
2 monsters, including at least 1 "Nucode" monster
If a "Nucode" monster is Summoned to a Zone this card points to: You can send the top card of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, and if the sent card was a monster; your opponent draws 1 card, and you draw 2 cards. Once per turn: You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls with less ATK than this card. You can only activate each of the above effects of "Nucode Parsecurity" once per turn. If there are more cards in your opponent's Graveyard than in yours, all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to the difference x100.
Nucode Driveiler
EARTH - Link-3 - Cyberse/Link/Effect - 1900 - L/BL/R
2 or more monsters, including at least 1 "Nucode" monster
If a "Nucode" monster is Summoned to a Zone this card points to: You can send the top card of both your opponent's Main and Extra Deck to the Graveyard. If there are more cards in your opponent's Graveyard than in yours, and your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or effect: You can negate the activation, destroy that card, then look at your opponent's Deck and send all additional copies of that card to the Graveyard. You can only activate each of the above effects of "Nucode Driveiler" once per turn. Once per turn, if this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle, and there are more cards in your opponent's Graveyard than in yours: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference x100.
Nucode Memorion
EARTH - Link-4 - Cyberse/Link/Effect - 2300 - L/BL/B/R
2 or more "Nucode" monsters
If a "Nucode" monster is Summoned to a Zone this card points to: You can make your opponent discard their entire hand, then draw cards equal to the number of cards they discarded. If your opponent Special Summons a monster(s): You can Special Summon 1 "Nucode" monster from your Graveyard. You can only activate each of the above effects of "Nucode Memorion" once per turn. While there are more cards in your opponent's Graveyard than in yours, cards and effects cannot activate in your opponent's Graveyard, and your opponent cannot Summon monsters from the Graveyard.
Nucode Gift

If your opponent controls at least 1 Special Summoned monster, they draw 1 card, then discard 1 card. If they do: Add 1 "Nucode" monster from your Deck to your hand whose Level is less than or equal to the number of Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls. You can banish this card from your Graveyard: Return any number of "Nucode" Spell/Trap Cards with different names from your Graveyard to your Deck, and if you do, you can Special Summon 1 "Nucode" monster from your Graveyard whose Level or Link Rating is equal to the number of cards returned. You can only activate each effect of "Nucode Gift" once per turn.
Nucode Repeater

When this card is activated: You can add 1 "Nucode" monster from your Graveyard to your hand. You can only activate this effect of "Nucode Repeater" once per turn. Once per turn, if you Link Summon a "Nucode" monster: You can Special Summon 1 "Nucode" monster from your Graveyard whose Level is less than or equal to the Link Rating of that monster.
Nucode Revision
Continuous Spell
When this card is activated: Return all of your opponent's banished cards to their Graveyard, then, if the number of cards in their Graveyard is greater than the number of cards in yours; gain 300 LP per card returned. Your opponent cannot negate the effects of "Nucode" cards. Once per turn, if you Link Summon a "Nucode" Link monster, you can make your opponent activate this effect:

Normal Trap
Target 1 "Nucode" monster in your Graveyard: Special Summon that target in Defense Position. During the End Phase, if the monster Summoned this way is still on the field: You can send the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If your opponent Special Summons exactly 1 monster from their Extra Deck: You can Set this card directly from the Graveyard, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only activate this effect of "Nucode Refresh" once per turn.
Nucode Decimal
