If a card(s) with an effect that requires you to control no monsters mentions "Melodious" in its card text, that card can still be activated if you control only "Melodious" monsters. Once per turn, if a "Melodious" monster is Special Summoned: You can banish 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard, and if you do, draw 1 card.
Monster Effect - If this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Melodious" monster from your hand or Graveyard. If you take damage (by battle or your opponent's effect) while you control this Special Summoned card: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half that damage you took. If this card in a Monster Zone would leave the field: You can place it in your Pendulum Zone, instead.

In much the same vein as this thing, create a Pendulum that solves an unfortunate issue in an existing archetype's support (Gusto with "When", Venom with their Counters being slow to spread, Resonators with running out of non-Tuners, etc.)

I'm probably going to make Majespecter support here b/c obvious Pendulum stuff already (and because I want to play them, sans waiting for ToyLynx to get more copies of the support stuff)

You can banish cards your opponent controls, up to the number of of "Majespecter" monsters you control with different names. We all know Kirin's banned and Majespecter suffers from being Pendulums and having low stats / getting run over by big bodies.

So yeah, another big boss to help provide field presence and get rid of shit that Tornado/Cyclone, etc cannot. Also recycles your stuff if needed. Yes, it does require that you actually HAVE a 'specter out, but that's about it. Also it's Level 7 so you can least use the Dragonpit/Dragonvein Magician engine if needed. Otherwise, this Summons itself from the P-Zone.

(Not that I didn't already make another Main Deck 'specter that spits this out for free. See Katsuyu.)

Oh yeah, and naming comes from Amanokagu no Mikazuchi (Gizmek), since apparently this one is also patron deer deity. Suppose it works, outside of Mikazuchi being a standard deer instead of the reindeer one here. Also note that I can just rip off one of my Flyer models for designing if needed.

Think of Ruka as a secondary boss monster in case either me or Rudolph can't get out onto the field. I probably will make a Level 6 Ritual too.

In some way, this kinda is another version of me since I also use the name Ruka in some shape/form on other sites (see Fandom); also name of my first Latias. And yeah, part of this card's effect is derived from the Psychic Dragon Synchro. So it's like my Eon, but not really at the same time.

This doesn't really stop the opponent from setting Evenly Matched, but most of the time, Evenly gets played during 2nd turns, pass and activate. For whatever it's worth, also stops Impermanence.
