Flash Flyer - Sakura+ Create an Xyz Monster +
#21
Crystal Beast Onyx Lynx
★★★
EARTH
Beast/Xyz/Effect
ATK 1900
DEF 1200
2 Level 3 monsters
If this face-up card is destroyed in a Monster Zone, you can place it face-up in your Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Spell, instead of sending it to the GY, also send to the GY as Continuous Spells, any "Crystal Beast" monster that was attached to this card as a material when it is destroyed. If this card battles an opponent's monster, during damage calculation: You can detach 1 material from this card; make this card unable to be destroyed by that battle, also destroy the opponent's monster that battled it after damage calculation.

N/C: Make a Pendulum Xyz form of any Constellar, Satellarknight, or Artifact Xyz (if picking the middle, I would be happy if you throw in Zefra mix to it)

Astraconstellar Makali'i
Rank 6 | LIGHT | Fairy | Xyz | Pendulum | Effect
2900/1900
Scale 0
PE: "Constellar" monsters you control gain 600 ATK/DEF, also if they activate their effects, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to their activation.
ME: 3 Level 6 LIGHT monsters
Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Astraconstellar Makali'i" by using 1 "Constellar Pleiades" you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; return up to 2 cards on the field and/or in the GYs to the hand. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place it in your Pendulum Zone.

(Makali'i is the Hawaiian name for Pleiades, so...makes some sense. Unless you'd rather use Matariki for the Māori.)

I will leave the following options:

- "Skateboard Dragon" Xyz
- New Number.

Number 108: Purchasing Goblin
EARTH - Rank 4 - Warrior/Xyz/Effect - 1900/0
2+ Level 4 monsters
If this card has 1 or more Xyz Material monsters that do not have 100 or moe original DEF, this card gains ATK equal to half that attached monster's original ATK. Once per turn, you can pay 1500 LP: Target 1 Attack Position monster your opponent controls; attach that target to this card as Xyz Material. If this attacking card destroys your opponent's monster by battle, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: This card gains 1 additional attack this turn. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked: Change this card to Defense Position.

In the vein of Utopia Double, make a monster that makes a bad old Spell/Trap card suddenly hugely relevant.

EDIT: I took too long writing this, so let's do my prompt and then Draco's.

Fairy of Rebirth
Rank 4 | LIGHT | Fairy | Xyz | Effect
1000/2500
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; activate 1 "Spring of Rebirth" from your Deck or GY. If a monster is Special Summoned from the GY or is returned to the hand: Place 1 Rebirth Counter on this card for each, then gain 500 LP for each Rebirth Counter on this card. While this card has material, monsters you control that were Special Summoned from the GY gain 200 ATK/DEF for each Rebirth Counter on this card.

Spring of Rebirth is old as hell though and LP gain kinda doesn't matter too much, well, outside of the tournament thing in light of Konami's time rules. Take that out of the equation and it isn't as great, but you do get LP to pay for Solemns and other stuff, so...don't complain.

===

Number 135: Chaos Maidragon Tohru
Rank 7 | FIRE | Dragon | Xyz | Effect
2800/1800
2 Level 7 monsters
If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can move it to another of your Main Monster Zones. (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; activate 1 of these effects. If this card has a Dragon monster as material, cards or effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. You can only use this effect of "Number 135: Chaos Maidragon Tohru" once per turn.
● Destroy up to 2 cards on the field, except this card.
● Return up to 2 cards on the field and/or in the GYs to the hand.
● Special Summon 1 Dragon monster from your hand, Deck or GY.
During the End Phase: You can pay 1000 LP; attach 1 Dragon monster in your GY to this card as material.

====
Of course, bringing this out in Dragonmaids proper (and I had to write the name this way to avoid getting it entangled with the Deck) is not exactly ideal right now. I guess being able to free up the EMZ for Husky / Hauskee and play around is something to work with, I guess. (Issue is getting 2 Level 7s, but work that out later.)
====

Also because I was watching Dragon Maid this week (and other stuff), yeah, blatantly designed after Tohru. As far as numbering goes, writing out her name in goroawase.

Kobayashi (5 + 8 + 8 + 4 = 25) and 10 (from first part of Tohru); you get 35. Also a semi-reference to Kyoto Animation otherwise (1800 DEF / Rank 7 is kinda a reference to that attack; 35 people got killed in said fire.)

(Late as heck, but RIP Yasuhiro Takemoto and all those who died.)

Let's do another Dragon Xyz next.

Nightmare Chaos Dragon
DARK - Rank 8 - Dragon/Xyz/Effect - 2000/3000
2 Level 8 Dragon monsters
If a card is equipped to this card, you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls: Banish that target. While this card is equipped with an Equip Card, if either player takes damage from a battle involving this card: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that battle damage, then destroy 1 card you control. Once per turn, if a monster is Normal Summoned, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card (Quick Effect): Target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card as an Equip card with the following effects:
●The equipped monster gains ATK equal to this card's ATK.
●The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

Create a monster that has a powerful effect if a specific bad Field Spell (Yami, Mountain, Wasteland- no Umi, you coward) is active.

Alpine King Gus
★★★
EARTH
Dragon/Xyz/Effect
ATK 1600
DEF 1200
2 Level 3 monsters
You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; send 1 Dragon monster from your hand to the GY, and if you do, that target's ATK becomes equal to the Level of the sent monster x 200. If "Mountain" is in the Field Zone, you can send 1 Dragon monster from your Deck to the GY instead. You can only use this effect of "Alpine King Gus" once per turn.

Mountain.

N/C: Create an Xyz Monster that belongs to an archetype that doesn't have one. Bonus points if you make an Xyz for an archetype that made its way in the anime, but without the aid of Xyz Monsters.

Basically no ZEXAL / Xyz Dimension [RL] archs for obvious reasons, so...

Skateboard Dragon Hyakunichisō (Zinnia)
Rank 3 | WIND | Dragon | Xyz | Effect
1800/2200
2 Level 3 Dragon monsters
Monsters your opponent controls lose 200 ATK/DEF for each "Skateboard Dragon" monster you control. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card, then target up to 2 other monsters on the field; change the targeted monsters and this card to face-down Defense Position. If this card is flipped face-up: You can look at your opponent's Extra Deck and banish 1 card from it. You can only use this effect of "Skateboard Dragon Hyakunichisō" once per turn.

Yup, Skateboards get an Xyz in MR4.

Number 139: Tricoastal Shark
Rank 4 | WATER | Fish | Effect
2600 | 1300
3 Level 4 WATER monsters
This card's maximum attacks per turn are equal to the number of materials it has. Once per turn. if this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can attach it to this card as material. During the End Phase, if this card did not declare an attack: Detach 1 material from this card.

Number planning thing:

- 鮫 (Can be read as "kou", which sounds similar to the kun'yomi for 9. Also if you clip it to "sa", you get 3)
- Tricoastal is a reference to the major oceans: Pacific, Atlantic and Indian
- Stats total to 3900 (well, plus the 100 thing)

Make an Xyz that can steal materials from your opponent's hand or GY (attaching cards from those areas to it as material)

Overlay Thief
Rank 4 DARK Warrior/Xyz/Effect
1000/1000
2 Level 4 monsters
While this card has exactly 1 material attached to it, its original ATK becomes doubled. You can detach 2 materials from this card; your opponent reveals their hand, then attach 1 card from your opponent's hand to this card as a material. You can only use this effect of "Overlay Thief" once per turn.

Make a Rank 3 "Raidraptor" Xyz Monster that is not Fiend Eagle. (bonus points if you make it a bird that is not a Lanius, Eagle, or Strix).

Guardian Helmknight
EARTH - Rank 4 - Warrior/Xyz/Effect - 700/2500
2 Level 4 monsters
Unaffected by, and cannot be targeted by, the effects of cards that do not activate and resolve on the field. This card gains 800 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. If your opponent activates the effect of a card in their hand by either revealing or discarding that card: They must attach 1 other card in their hand to this card as Xyz Material, otherwise that effect is negated, and that card is banished. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card (Quick Effect): Target up to 3 Equip Spell Cards in either Graveyard; either activate them, or add them to your hand.

Handtraps and Graveyard effects are useless against this guy, and now Danger! effects aren't pure advantage. Yeah, Blue-Eyes Alternative requires a third card in hand, but shush. Plus, Equip Spells get a sudden boost; which, given all the good AGM equips, and even fan-favorites like Cursed Armaments and Darkworld Shackles for shutting down your opponent's stuff or Axe of Despair/Power of the Guardians for your own, you're going to be having fun.

Create an Xyz monster for a minor DM character.

(Uh Draco, you technically got ninja'd by 18 minutes...)

I'll try to do both of them, but...

Raidraptor - Lance Peregrine
Rank 3 | DARK | Winged Beast | Xyz | Effect
1600 | 1200
2+ Level 3 DARK Winged Beast monsters
Your "Raidraptor" monsters gain 100 ATK for each material attached to this card. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; this turn, "Raidraptor" monsters you currently control can attack directly.

King Mako
Rank 4 | WATER | Fish | Xyz | Effect
2300 | 1800
2 Level 4 monsters
You can detach 1 material from this card, then activate 1 of these effects;
● Add 1 Fish or WATER monster from your Deck or GY to your hand.
● Special Summon 1 Fish or WATER monster from your hand or GY.
If "Umi" is on the field, cards or effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. You can only use this effect of "King Mako" once per turn.

(aka "Sakura, why the hell you rip off Granite Loyalist / King of Feral Imps and make Merlanteans god-tier again". But seriously, it works for Mako's WATER theme and even helps Legendary Fisherman.)

Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Panzer
Rank 11 EARTH Machine/Xyz/Effect
3500/3500
3 Level 11 monsters
Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon "Superdreadnought Rail Cannon Juggernaut Panzer" by using 1 Rank 10 Machine Xyz Monster you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; this turn, all monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 ATK, also inflict 1000 damage to your opponent for each monster your opponent currently controls. After damage calculation, if this card destroys a monster by battle: You can have this card make a second attack in a row.

Picking up Rank 11 because of Rata memes being Ranked-up. Also, since Liebe is based off the Landkreuzer Monster, this is based off a Panzer.

I want to see an Acceleranimal Xyz if possible.

X-Acceleranimal Gravity Smilodon
DARK - Rank 7 - Beast/Xyz/Effect - 1000/3000
2 Level 7 "Acceleranimal" monsters
Once per turn, you can also Xyz Summon this card using 1 face-up "X-Acceleranimal" Xyz monster you control with no Materials as the Xyz Material. If an "Acceleranimal" monster activates its effect in the Graveyard: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's Level/Rank x100, and increase the ATK of all "Acceleranimal" monsters you control by the amount of damage inflicted, until your opponent's next End Phase. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card (Quick Effect): Apply any number of the appropriate effects, if you control an "Acceleranimal" monster of the appropriate Type:
●Xyz: Destroy up to 2 cards your opponent controls.
●Synchro: Banish your opponent's monster with the highest ATK.
●Ritual: Negate the effects of all cards your opponent controls in a column of your choice.
●Fusion: Target 1 face-up Attack Position monster on the field: Attach that target (and any attached Material) to this card as Xyz Material.
If this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon up to 3 "Acceleranimal" monsters, up to one each from your hand, Graveyard, and Banished Zone, except "X-Acceleranimal Gravity Smilodon". You can only activate this effect of "X-Acceleranimal Gravity Smilodon" once per turn.

Give any Numerix that does not yet have a Delta form a Delta form.

Delta-Numerix-091: Sacred Blossom Dragon - Eternalwinter Violet Shiragiku
Rank 9 | DARK | Dragon | Xyz | Pendulum | Effect
3800 | 3000
Scale 1
PE: Once per turn, if you control a "Blossom Dragon" card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can make this card's Pendulum Scale become 12 until the end of this turn, but you cannot Special Summon monsters this turn, except Dragon monsters (even if this card leaves the field). You can only use the following Pendulum Effects of "Delta-Numerix-091: Blossom Dragon - Eternalwinter Violet Shiragiku" once per turn each.
● (Quick Effect): You can target up to 3 cards on the field; destroy them, then Special Summon an equal number of "Blossom Tokens" on both player's fields, up to the number of cards that each player controlled that was destroyed by this effect.
● You can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone, then attach 1 Dragon monster from your GY or face-up in your Extra Deck to this card as material.

ME: 3+ Level 9 Dragon monsters
If you can Pendulum Summon Level 9, you can Pendulum Summon this face-up card in your Extra Deck. "Blossom Dragon" monsters you control are unaffected by your opponentʻs cards or effects, also they cannot be Tributed by your opponent. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place it in your Pendulum Zone. If this card has "Numerix-091: Blossom Dragon - Eternalwinter Shiragiku" as material, it gains the following effect.
● Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the next turn. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to this effect's activation.

Oh hello "gift archetype I got from Draconus a couple years ago that I made Numerix for".

So yeah, I didnʻt make a Delta form for 091, so here you go. Be glad I didnʻt give it 102ʻs Delta clause to evade having to detach, because it would mean opponent can never play Yugioh unless it gets Kaijuʻd. (Oh wait, this cardʻs existence already spells that out, but...then again, not like modern Yugioh doesn't already aim to do that.)

Assault Dyson Sphere
LIGHT - Rank 9 - Machine/Xyz/Effect - 2800/3000
2 Level 9 monsters
If this card is Xyz Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Dyson Sphere" Xyz monster from your Graveyard, except "Assault Dyson Sphere". If this card attacks your opponent's Special Summoned monster, you can target 1 card in either player's Graveyard: Attach that target to this card, then increase this card's ATK and reduce the attack target's ATK by 300 for each Xyz Material attached to this card, until the end of the Battle Phase, and if you do, the opposing monster's effects are negated. If a card originally owned by your opponent is detached from this card: Banish it. Once during each of your opponent's End Phases, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Draw 1 card and destroy 1 card your opponent controls, also, if you control a Machine-Type "Number" Xyz monster, you can attach that detached Material from your Graveyard to 1 "Number" or "Dyson Sphere" Xyz monster you control, except this one. If this card with 1 or more attached Xyz Materials is sent to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard.

1) Create a mini or Rank-Up version of any AGM Xyz (look at the Generics thread)
2) Create a Number C for any Number that never appeared in the anime.
3) Retrain any other protagonist's ace (Utopia already is one) as an Xyz monster.
4) Create a Rank 2 or 4 Rock.

Number 143: Chronomaly Ashoka Pillar
Rank 4 | EARTH | Rock | Xyz | Effect
2200 | 2200
2 Level 4 monsters
While this card has material, "Chronomaly" monsters you control cannot be destroyed by card effects. You can only use each of the following effects of "Number 143: Chronomaly Ashoka Pillar" once per turn.
● You can target 1 "Chronomaly" monster in your GY; Special Summon it or attach it to this card as material.
● When a card or effect is activated (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.

Outside of the over-100 thing, 4 comes from its Rank and 3 being a nod to what century said pillars were made (BC/E), and I guess reference to III / Trey.

(You'll probably get some purists from YCM Wikia complaining about it, but unless you're the ZEXAL writers or have a vast knowledge of goroawase/Japanese, the trivia facts are just speculation on how they might've come into play. The writers haven't confirmed anything, have they?)

Borrelsword EXcess Dragon
DARK - Rank 4 - Dragon/Xyz/Effect - 1000/2000
2 or more Level 4 Dragon monsters
Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects while you control a "Borrel" Link, Fusion, or Synchro monster in the Extra Monster Zone. This card is treated as a Link monster for the effects of "Rokket" cards. Once per turn, you can target 1 DARK Dragon Link monster in your Graveyard: Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Special Summon that target with its effects negated until the End Phase, then increase this card's ATK by the Summoned monster's. If this card destroys your opponent's Special Summoned monster by battle: You can attach the destroyed monster to this card as Xyz Material, and if you do, this card can attack once again in a row. Once per turn, you can target 1 monster you control (Quick Effect): Reduce the ATK of all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls by the target's ATK, then you can Special Summon 1 "Rokket" monster from your hand of an equal or lower Level to the target's Level, Rank, or Link Rating. You can only activate each effect of "Borrelsword EXcess Dragon" once per turn.

1) Create a Gogogo Xyz that utilizes the heavily Graveyard-centric, Battle Position focused gimmick of the Rock-Type Gogogo for any conceivable benefit.
2) Gorgonic Guardian may be a good R3, but it can't be the only R3 Rock justifying the existence of so much Rock support focused on cranking out Rank 3 monsters. Give us another.
3) Create an Xyz whose effects change depending on what's attached (Volcasaurus if you have a Fusion attached, C9 if you have a Ritual, etc.)
4) In the vein of Giant Soldier of Steel or Armored Kappa, convert a DM-era monster into sn Xyz monster that can use the original as Material.

Sacred Nights Dragon
Rank 7 | LIGHT | Dragon | Xyz | Effect
2500 | 2300
2 Level 7 monsters
Cannot be targeted by an opponent's card effects while it has material. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card, then activate 1 of these effects;
● This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each this turn.
● Send 1 card from your opponent's hand or field to the GY.
● Other monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects this turn.

Seiyaryu as adapted from what was given to it in Falsebound Kingdom (with some liberties). Also because Rank 7 isn't hard to make.

Number 196: Hugh Berr's Paradox
Rank 1 FIRE Beast-Warrior/Xyz/Effect
700/1900
2 Level 1 monsters
(Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card, then target 1 monster on the field; switch its ATK and DEF. You can only use this effect of "Number 196: Hugh Berr's Paradox" once per turn. If the last material(s) is detached from this card: You can gain 1200 LP.

Well, lemme start with the references; 1996 was the year Anthoine Hubert (may he RIP) was born. The name is a corruption/homophone of the surname, he raced with number 19 in F2 (where he was killed; hence its DEF), I believe he ran 7th when that freak accident happened. Well, that was all. Oh, and he raced for Arden, a pink-colored card, which is referenced by it being a FIRE monster.

Does it count as references for Numbers? Either way, that's what I got.

N/C: Choose 1 of the 2.

1) Make a Number C of that number.
2) Number C62: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon (name should say it all that it is a Number C for Prime Photon, BUT it will be of the same Rank as Prime Photon, something like what Utopia Ray is for base Utopia).
Reply

Yeah, the references are sufficient enough for Number justification. Doesn't have to be goroawase related like most of the ZEXAL stuff is [because a few technically aren't, and are related to their users or some other stuff].

I won't harp on it if there is no justification, given not everyone speaks Japanese or understands all of the nuances. Certain YCM members on the forum (and probably the Wikia) may beg to differ, however, but that just reveals their elitism in card making.

====
Anyway...let's do Number C62, though part of me is tempted to just rip off the one I made a long time ago for it (albeit it's a Rank-Up Number). Or I just slightly rename it on the Wikia to avoid conflicts.

Number C62: Neo Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon
Rank 8 | LIGHT | Dragon | Xyz | Effect
4000 | 3000
3 Level 8 monsters
You can also Xyz Summon this card using a "Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon" you control as material. (Transfer its materials to this card.) Any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent is halved unless it has a "Galaxy" Xyz Monster as material. If this card battles, during damage calculation (Quick Effect): You can detach 1 material from this card once per battle; this card gains ATK equal to the combined Ranks of all Xyz Monsters currently on the field x 200 until the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn: You can detach 1 material from this card; your opponent's monsters lose ATK/DEF equal to the combined ATK/DEF of your opponent's monsters. You must have 1000 or less LP to activate this effect.

===
1. "Galaxy-Eyes Primal Evilfusion Dragon" (I feel bad about letting him down, but blame YCM politics. Also kind of implies what you should do to an extent.)

2. Can use Link Monsters as alternative Xyz Material (a la Dingirsu)

3. "Blossom Dragon" Xyz (I guess I'll post them / Seasonshifts here to make it easier; otherwise, look at my Wikia link)

4. "Number 177: Yama-to Yokozuna" (It probably changed by now, but 177 [kg] was the weight that yokozuna Kisenosato / Araiso-oyakata was. So yes, this came up as a reference. You may add his name in here if desired.)
