As you guys probably heard me say earlier on Sceptyr's Discord, I'm ambivalent about Shaddolls, however it has nothing to do with Winter's inability to zip it about Construct and whatever at the time (though he's also partially to blame as to why certain people dislike the arch, but that's another matter).

●Once per turn, if your opponent adds a card(s) to their hand by a card effect, you can declare 1 card Type (Monster, Spell, or Trap) (Quick Effect): Your opponent must reveal their hand for the rest of the turn, also inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each card in their hand of that declared Type.

Recombinant Warrior

If this card is Synchro Summoned using a "Synchron" Tuner monster: You can Special Summon 1 non-Tuner monster from your Graveyard that was used for this card's Synchro Summon. If this card is Special Summoned, you can target 1 Synchro monster in your Graveyard, except "Recombinant Warrior": Special Summon it with its effects negated. Once per turn, if you control only Synchro monsters, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects (Quick Effect):
●Target 1 monster on the field: All monsters you control become the same Level as that target.
●Target 1 Tuner on the field: That target becomes a non-Tuner this turn.
●Target 1 non-Tuner on the field: That target becomes a Tuner this turn.

Combine this with Synchro Chase, and you can effectively make a 4-mat Quasar on your first turn with just Junk Synchron, Quillbolt, and Jet Synchron.

1) Create a Synchro that is both decent as a midboss and as part of Quasar.
2) Now that they've been imported, create a new Sclera Guild Synchro.
3) Create a Synchro that makes Black and White Wave proc off, or that has an effect similar to it.

I forgot when we made Sclera Guild, but now it's time for something relevant to 2019.

Jogaiyatsu, Psychic of the Sclera Guild

Once per turn: You can target 1 "Sclera Guild" monster you control; move it to another of your Main Monster Zones. (Quick Effect): You can activate 1 of these effects. You can only use this effect of "Jogaiyatsu, Psychic of the Sclera Guild" once per turn.
● Banish 1 "Sclera Guild" monster and 1 monster your opponent controls until the next Standby Phase.
● Banish the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck, face-down.

Reasons you run this card are to get your stuff out of the EMZ so you can go spam like mad and cut down the opponent's resources. Name derives from "jougai" (remove/banish) and "yatsu" (reading of 8 in kun'yomi), which reference this card's attributes/functions, etc. (Food for thought...)

If this card in the Pendulum Zone would leave the field, except by being destroyed by an effect that targets specifically it (Quick Effect): You can target 1 Dragon Synchro or Pendulum monster on your field, in your Graveyard, or face-up in your Extra Deck, except "Scarlet Blast Dragon"; Special Summon this card, and apply the target's effects as if it were Summoned in whatever method would activate an effect (if any), as if it were this card's effect. You can only apply this effect of "Scarlet Blast Dragon" once per turn.
Monster Effect -
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
If this card is Synchro Summoned: Increase this card's ATK by the ATK of all Synchro Material used for this card's Synchro Summon, until the second End Phase after this card's Synchro Summon. If this card applies an effect when it is Summoned: Each time a card(s) your opponent controls leaves the field this turn; draw 1 card for each, then shuffle 1 card from your hand into your Deck. If this card in a Monster Zone would leave the field: You can place this card in your unoccupied Pendulum Zone instead.

Okay, this thing is probably the nuttiest single thing I've ever come up with, because it's almost ridiculous how many uses it has. The first time you bring it out, it's a hand-fixing beatstick. Once it gets in the Scale, though . . . you can make it a duplicate of any Dragon-Type Synchro or Pendulum monster with an on-Summon effect if it would ever be removed by anything but a straight MST. Dupe your Black Rose nuke to literally put it right back in the Scale. Gale Dogra a King Calamity to basically just end the turn. Keep your nukes more one-sided by copying Z-ARC. Banish an opponent's Synchro if Orient Dragon of all things winds up in a public location. Trish without the Trish. The possibilities offer a huge variance in the plays you can make, up to and including use for Sky Iris searching that can bounce a problematic monster by copying Moonlight's bounce.

1) Create a Synchro that works as both Quasar fodder and as its own thing.
2) Create a Synchro that either helps you proc off Black and White Wave, or duplicates its effect.
3) Create a Synchro evolution of a Tuner you personally find interesting, in terms of effect or visual design.
