This card gains 100 ATK for each of your opponent's banished cards. This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can banish any number of monsters from your opponent's Graveyard, whose combined ATK is less than or equal to this card. If your opponent's monster attacks or activates its effect, except during the End Phase: You can banish both this card on the field and that opponent's monster, but this card is only banished until the End Phase.

Note that this doesn't negate effects, just clears out the monster.

1. Create a Synchro with an on-Summon effect you'd actually want to use on your opponent's turn, given all the ways to Synchro Summon on your opponent's turn.
2. Let is search a specific, named card(s) that's fun to use in gimmick Decks.
3. Create a Synchro that has a Dragon Ruler-esque self-Summon effect (banish 2 [X] monsters from the Graveyard to revive itself)

If your "AGM" monster battles, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. You can only use each of the following effects of "Rising Rose Chevalier @ AGM" once per turn. If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can banish 1 card your opponent controls or in their GY, then, if you control another "AGM" monster, you can banish an additional card your opponent controls or in their GY, face-down. When this card is sent to the GY: You can banish 2 other "AGM" monsters from your GY; Special Summon this card.

You know who this is supposed to be based on by now, so...yeah. Technically, you can use this card's effect on the opponent's turn to disrupt their strategies, but I don't think the AGM mega archetype has any methods of Synchro Summoning during the opponent's turn (except maybe that card that started the entire @ AGM thing that Draco made). Otherwise, you got the 3rd prompt at least.

If this card in your possession is destroyed by your opponent's card and sent to your GY: You can target 1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner monster in your GY with the same Type and Attribute as each other; add them to your hand. You can only use this effect of "ESP Android" once per turn.

N/C: Make a Synchro Monster that allows you to gain additional effects the more Tuners used for its Synchro Summon (materials: 1+ Tuners + 1 non-Tuner monster)

Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can take 1 "United We Stand" or "Mage Power" from your Deck or GY, and either add it to your hand or equip it to 1 monster you control. Once per Chain, during your opponent's Main Phase or the Battle Phase, you can (Quick Effect): Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon using this card you control.

No one really uses those two Equips, but no one should complain about a free power search at any time you please.

4. Can treat a specific non-Tuner monster as a Tuner for its summoning.

You only need to pick 1 of the themes, but feel free to do multiple if you feel bold enough to do so (and it is feasible).
