The short form of all this is that GameKing1993 asked me to make these for him, though he really needs to make his own ideas. LHK knows about them since he got asked (but declined).
Anyway...
Honestly though, I really did not want to make Security Drone, given the specs of it supposed to lock out the opponent's Extra Deck and Tribute Summons (and we all know how oppressive Scythe / Emptiness, etc are by now)
I just made do with the prompts; go take it out on him for wanting this stuff done.

You can only use each effect of "Bi-Drone" once per turn.
(I made this along the lines of Photon Caesar/Kaiser due to the thing concerning double materials with it. While I think treating as 2 monsters for Link Material is possible, I think it's probably better to wait for KONAMI to do it themselves in the real game first. Otherwise, this does roughly the same thing you want, sans needing a free MMZ.)

(General already lets stuff strike directly, albeit for smaller Drones. This is slightly bigger, but yeah.)
