[Rulebook] Casual CC Rules

I'm only writing a short form list because this isn't YCM CC and rules are simpler here. Also note that the rules only apply for this particular area; not the AGM one.
1. All general site rules apply.
You know what these are, so...nothing new.
2. Please tag your threads with the appropriate prefix.
Because VRAINS exists, tag your thread with either MR3 or MR4.
While there will be no penalty if you don't, it'll be assumed your stuff works in VRAINS (MR4) with the Extra Monster Zone and other changes.
3. Design notes are NOT required.
I mean, if you're making a fun time card, this wouldn't make sense. But yeah, no need to explain your thought process.
4. Don't be a jackass towards other members.
(Should already be covered in the site rules)
I think you all have seen a few volatile users on the other site and elsewhere; DON'T act like them. We're all here to design cards and have fun, not to get treated like shit for design preferences or whatnot.
5. Review length.
While I do not have a min length like Advanced does, please keep things on topic. Replies like "nice card" are fine.
6. Necro policy.
Considering how small this site is, there isn't one for the time being. This will be addressed as the place gets larger.
If I need to change anything, I'll make a note of it here. As usual, please ask if there exist questions or concerns.
